Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Personal care items (if opened)

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
